Growing up in South El Monte, I developed a deep appreciation for the neighborhoods, schools, businesses, and communities that make this region unique.

Over the years I have watched these communities evolve, grow, and continue to provide opportunities for families throughout the area.

From Real Estate Finance to Real Estate Practice

My interest in real estate began long before I became a REALTOR®.

As a young boy, I would spend Sunday mornings looking through the real estate section of the newspaper, fascinated by homes, neighborhoods, and the opportunities homeownership created for families.

That interest eventually led me to study Real Estate Finance at the University of Southern California.

After graduation, I worked for Lordon Enterprises in Covina as a Homeowner Association Representative before launching my own business, The Appliance Specialists.

Entrepreneurship taught me valuable lessons about service, accountability, communication, and earning trust—lessons that continue to influence how I serve clients today.

Eventually I returned to my finance background, obtaining securities and life insurance licenses and building a successful career helping clients navigate important financial decisions.

Today, real estate allows me to combine every aspect of that experience: finance, negotiation, strategic planning, problem solving, and helping people move forward with confidence.
